A Better Way to Care for Homes, and Our Community
In short: we retired our three-tier service plans and replaced them with two simpler options: an all-inclusive Summit Care plan and a $20-a-month Home Care Membership that lets you pick services as you need them. At the same time, we launched Trailhead Blessings, a give-back fund that quietly covers repairs for neighbors facing hardship.
At Rim Rock Property Plus, we’ve always believed that caring for homes is really about caring for people. Over the past year, as we’ve grown alongside our clients here in North Spokane County, it became clear that our original service structure needed to change. It fit tidy categories better than it fit real life.
This update reflects what we learned in the field, in conversations with homeowners, and in moments where neighbors simply needed help.
Why we changed our service model
We originally offered three tiered plans designed to fit different levels of home care. The plans worked on paper. In practice, we kept running into the same things:
- Homes don’t break down in neat tiers
- Needs change from season to season
- Many homeowners wanted flexibility without committing to services they didn’t currently need
So instead of asking clients to fit into a plan, we built a model that adapts to them, their budgets, and their timelines. Most homeowners don’t want a high monthly cost for services they may never use, and we stopped pretending otherwise.
Two simple options, built for real budgets
Summit Care, all-inclusive home care
Summit Care is for homeowners who would rather never think about maintenance. It includes comprehensive, proactive home maintenance and handyman support throughout the year, with no tiers or limits to track.
We built it for busy professionals, for seniors who want reliable care, and for anyone who prefers one trusted team handling all of it. It’s simple and consistent, and it keeps small issues from becoming costly repairs.
The $20 Home Care Membership, simple and flexible
For many homeowners, an ongoing high monthly service plan isn’t in the budget, and that’s fine. The $20 monthly Home Care Membership keeps professional home care accessible while letting you choose services only when you need them.
The membership includes:
- Access to our online client portal for scheduling, service history, and communication
- An annual home evaluation, a professional overview of your home’s condition
- A member discount on repairs and seasonal packages
- Priority scheduling
- The freedom to add services as needs arise, with no unnecessary monthly commitments
- A direct contribution to Trailhead Blessings, helping neighbors in need
Seasonal check, one-time repair, or help years down the road: you stay in control while staying connected to a local team you already know. Both options are laid out side by side on our plans page.
Why this matters
This shift wasn’t about simplifying our workload. It was about listening.
We serve homeowners across North Spokane County, from Clayton and Deer Park down through Mead and Colbert, and many of them are aging in place, managing a property from a distance, or juggling work and family around unexpected repairs. A flexible model lets us show up more consistently for all of them.
Introducing Trailhead Blessings
Alongside this update, we’re honored to introduce Trailhead Blessings, our community give-back initiative.
Trailhead Blessings exists because sometimes a repair can’t wait, a homeowner can’t afford help, and a little support makes a big difference. Funded in part by Home Care Memberships, it lets us provide repairs and home services to neighbors facing hardship, quietly and with dignity.
This isn’t charity for attention. It’s neighbors helping neighbors.
Moving forward
Our mission stays the same: protect homes, support people, strengthen community. The new structure lets us do all three more effectively.
If you’ve been with us since the beginning, thank you for growing with us. If you’re new here, welcome.
Questions homeowners ask
What changed about your service plans?
We replaced three tiered plans with two options: Summit Care, an all-inclusive plan where we handle maintenance and repairs year-round, and a $20-a-month Home Care Membership that adds an annual evaluation, priority scheduling, and a member discount on repairs and seasonal packages.
What does the Home Care Membership include?
For $20 a month you get access to our client portal, an annual home evaluation, priority scheduling, and a member discount on repairs and seasonal packages. You add services only when you need them, and part of your membership funds Trailhead Blessings.
What is Trailhead Blessings?
Trailhead Blessings is our community fund, supported in part by Home Care Memberships. It lets us provide repairs and home services to North Spokane County neighbors facing hardship, handled quietly and respectfully. It’s our way of making sure a needed repair never waits on a tight month.
Do I have to join a plan to hire you?
No. One-time repairs and handyman services are always available without a membership. The plans exist for homeowners who want ongoing care and member pricing, and skipping them never puts you at the back of the line for standalone work.
