The crew behind the memberships
Rim Rock Property Plus is a property maintenance company based in Clayton, Washington, run by Ken and a small local crew. We keep member homes across North Spokane County healthy year round, and we take one-time repair and maintenance work when the schedule allows.
Where we come from
Ken's construction background starts with Key Way Construction in 1996. After the 2009 downturn he spent years as a superintendent and project manager on other people's builds, then came back to running his own company in 2018 with Rim Rock Renovations. That company earned its keep on home upgrades and new construction around the Inland Northwest.
Rim Rock Property Plus is the next step: a company dedicated to the unglamorous work that keeps a house sound between the big projects. Filters, gutters, winterization, small repairs caught early. The renovation years taught us what neglect costs. The membership model exists so our neighbors never pay that bill.
How we work
- Same faces, every visit. We're a small crew on a route, not a dispatch center. The person in your crawlspace this fall is the one who was there in spring.
- Straight answers. If a repair can wait, we say so. If you can do it yourself in twenty minutes, we'll tell you how.
- Respect for your time. You get a text when we're coming and a report when we leave. Your home's history stays on file so nothing gets rediscovered twice.
The Trailhead Blessing Fund
Part of every Home Care membership funds home care for neighbors who can't swing it themselves: seniors, single parents, veterans, and families going through a hard stretch. Members can add a little extra each month, and anyone can gift a one-time service to someone who needs it. Ask us about it on your walkthrough.
