Not sure which?

Three questions, one answer

This is the same conversation we'd have on your walkthrough, minus the drive. Answer honestly and we'll tell you which plan we'd put our own house on.

you can change your mind later

1. How do you feel about doing your own seasonal maintenance?
2. How often is the house empty for more than a week?
3. How old is the home?

The Summit Care year

What "we handle the seasons" actually means here

North Spokane County homes live on a freeze-thaw cycle with a long dry summer in the middle. This is the rhythm we work your home through, automatically on Summit Care, on reminders with Home Care.

Spring

after the thaw
  • Gutters and downspouts cleared of winter debris
  • Roofline, siding, and seals checked for freeze damage
  • Irrigation startup and outdoor faucet check
  • Exterior walkthrough with a written punch list

Summer

project season
  • Mini-split and AC filter service before the heat
  • Dryer vent and appliance airflow check
  • Deck, railing, and exterior repairs while the weather holds
  • The fridge-list repairs you saved up all spring

Fall

the big one
  • Full winterization: hose bibs, irrigation blowout, weather seal
  • Furnace filter service and heating check before the first freeze
  • Gutters cleared after leaf drop, downspouts flowing
  • Smoke and CO detector check when the stove season starts

Winter

quiet season
  • Property check-ins while you travel
  • Ice dam and snow-load watch on the roofline
  • Indoor projects: repairs, refinishing, safety upgrades
  • Holiday light takedown and storage

Where every membership starts

Book your walkthrough

Before you pick a plan, we walk your home with you. Roofline to crawlspace vents, furnace filter to hose bibs. You get a written punch list of what your house needs this year, ranked by what actually matters, including the things you can handle yourself.

It's how we price honestly, and it's how you find out how we work before a dollar changes hands on a membership.

Honest fit check

When we'd talk you out of a membership

  • You do your own maintenance and enjoy it. Keep doing it. Call us for the jobs that need two people or a taller ladder.
  • You're selling within the year. A one-time inspection and a punch-list visit is usually the better spend.
  • You're outside our route. A membership only works if we can get to you reliably. Check where we work first.

Tell us about your place

Tell us what's going on. We'll call you back and talk it through.

No pressure, no invented urgency.

Membership questions, answered straight

What's the real difference between Home Care and Summit Care?

Home Care keeps you in the driver's seat: we send seasonal reminders for your specific home, you book what you want, and members get priority scheduling and a member discount on repairs and seasonal packages. Summit Care removes the driver's seat entirely. The seasonal visits happen automatically and we keep your home's maintenance history.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Both plans run month to month. Stay because the service is working, not because you signed something. If your situation changes, tell us and we'll sort out the details on your last visit.

Can I start with Home Care and upgrade later?

Yes, and plenty of people do. Home Care is a good way to learn how we work for a few dollars a month. When you're ready for the seasonal work to just happen without you booking it, we move you to Summit Care and your home's history comes with you.

What happens on the first visit?

A walkthrough. We go through the house with you, inside and out, and write up what it actually needs this year: what's urgent, what can wait, and what you can do yourself. You get the write-up either way. Then you pick a plan or don't.

Do members really get scheduled first?

Yes. When the first hard freeze is coming and everyone calls at once, the member list is the order we work. That's most valuable in the fall winterization window and the first hot week of summer, which are exactly the weeks you don't want to be at the back of the line.

Still deciding? Call and ask.

A two-minute call at (509) 262-4630 usually settles it. We'll tell you which plan fits, or whether you need one at all.
