Memberships and pricing

What plans do you offer?

Two memberships, both month to month. Home Care at $20 a month covers seasonal reminders written for your home, priority scheduling, and a member discount on repairs and seasonal packages. Summit Care at $170 a month adds the seasonal maintenance visits themselves, scheduled and done by us, with a running record of the work.

How do I know which plan fits my home?

Start with a walkthrough. We go through the house together, write up what it actually needs this year, and talk through both plans against that list. Older homes and owners who travel usually land on Summit Care; hands-on owners usually start with Home Care.

When would my first visit happen?

We schedule the walkthrough first, usually within a couple of weeks. If you join Summit Care, your first seasonal visit gets slotted into the route for whatever season is coming next, so the work lands when the house needs it rather than on an arbitrary date.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Both memberships run month to month and you can leave whenever it stops making sense. Tell us and we'll square up anything already scheduled. We keep members by being useful, and that only works if leaving is easy.

Services and visits

Do I have to be a member to hire you?

No. Every service we offer is available as a one-time job, from gutter cleaning to a full winterization. Members get priority on the schedule, which matters most in the fall rush and the first hot week of summer, but one-time work is genuinely welcome.

What does a typical visit look like?

You get a text before we arrive. We do the work on the list, note anything we spotted that you should know about, and leave a written report. If we find something that needs a decision, we call you from the driveway, not a week later.

Do you work on rentals and vacant homes?

Yes. Property check-ins are one of our core services: regular walkthroughs of a home nobody is living in, with photos and a report each visit. Owners of rentals also use us for turnover punch lists and seasonal maintenance between tenants.

What don't you do?

We stay out of licensed-trade territory that needs a specialist: full re-roofs, panel upgrades, new furnace installs, septic work. When your home needs one of those, we say so, and if we know a good local outfit we'll point you at them.

Service area

Where exactly do you work?

Our shop is in Clayton and the route covers North Spokane County: Deer Park, Mead, Colbert, Chattaroy, Nine Mile Falls, Spokane's north side, Spokane Valley, and Liberty Lake. If you're close to that map but not on it, call and ask. Membership interest is what adds towns.

Do you charge a trip fee?

Not inside our service area. The route is built so member homes cluster together, which is what keeps a small crew affordable. For one-time work at the far edges of the map, we'll tell you honestly on the phone whether the drive changes the math.

Start with a walkthrough

We'll go through your place with you, room by room and around the outside, and write up what it actually needs. Then you decide what happens next. No pressure, no invented urgency.
