Meet the Dad-Bod Handyman with a Cape: The Rim Rock Mascot

In short: our mascot is a dad-bod handyman who wears a cape, because we think anyone who keeps a home running deserves hero status. He stands for the way we work: approachable, experienced, local, and a little fun.

At Rim Rock Property Plus, we believe home maintenance should feel approachable, trustworthy, and maybe even a little fun. That’s where our mascot, the Dad-Bod Handyman with a Cape, comes in.

The guy behind the cape

Our mascot isn’t about perfection. He’s about real life. He’s the reliable, good-natured guy you can count on to fix a leaky faucet, clear your gutters, or weatherproof the house before winter. He’s got a few miles on him, sure. That just means he knows what he’s doing.

And yes, he wears a cape. Around here, we think anyone who keeps a home running smoothly is a hero.

Why we made a mascot

We wanted a face and a personality that reflects what Rim Rock Property Plus is about:

• Approachable expertise. No fancy jargon, just clear explanations and clear fixes.
• Local roots. He knows the quirks of Eastern Washington homes, from freeze-thaw decks to wind-tested gutters.
• A sense of humor. Home repairs can be stressful. We try to make them easier to live with.

From Rim Rock Renovations to Property Plus

The Dad-Bod Handyman didn’t come out of nowhere. He’s inspired by years of hard work and quality craftsmanship at Rim Rock Renovations, our parent company. Property Plus was born from that same dedication, with a focus on proactive maintenance and one-time handyman services instead of full renovations.

A symbol of what we do

An annual home evaluation, a one-off repair, seasonal upkeep like gutter cleaning and weatherproofing: the mascot represents the dependable, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic we bring to every one of those jobs, and to the maintenance plans that keep them on schedule.

The cape is optional, the quality isn’t

You probably won’t see us show up to your house in a cape. Probably. But every member of our team takes pride in delivering that same hero-level service, the kind that catches a small problem before it becomes a costly one.
